Most of us live in fast paced concrete jungles, and our heads are almost always buried in some sort of technology. If you live in or near a rural area you may not be as affected by today’s hectic pace, but if you live in a major city, then you know what we’re talking about.

Getting outdoors is vital for de-stressing, and recharging your batteries. And, it’s also important to help you reconnect with your primitive self. This is important because we have more in common with trees, oceans and wildlife than we do with buildings, cubicles and computers.
