SWEAT & FEAST

A Fire & Renewal Gathering by

SWIFT x The Vital Guide

Northeast Mountains • January 30th - February 1st, 2026

THE EMBER WEEKEND IMMERSION

An invitation to slow down, strip away the noise, and remember what makes you feel alive.

Set in the stillness of the Adirondack–Catskill region, Sweat & Feast is an intimate weekend

gathering for those seeking reconnection, renewal, and clarity through fire, food, and ceremony.

A small circle. A mountain backdrop. One shared flame.

The Essence

Part ceremony, part feast, part wilderness restoration — Sweat & Feast is not a typical retreat.

It’s an elemental encounter designed to awaken the senses and rekindle purpose.

Over two nights, participants are guided through a progression of ritual, open-fire cuisine, and

reflection. You’ll sweat, eat, rest, and reconnect — with yourself, others,

and the land that holds it all.

A Note from The Vital Guide × SWIFT

For years, we’ve led journeys through the wild landscapes of Montana — guiding men and

women into spaces of fire, silence, and brotherhood. Now we’re bringing that spirit eastward: to

the mountains, forests, and people ready for something raw, real, and refined.

Sweat & Feast is the next evolution of that work — a bridge between wilderness and the

modern world, between ritual and craft, between stillness and celebration.

Coming soon to the Northeast Mountains.

Applications will open when the circle is ready.
